Initial Chiropractic Consultation
Your initial chiropractic visit will typically last up to 40 minutes. During this appointment, the chiropractor will conduct a thorough evaluation, including a detailed health history and comprehensive physical examination, to identify the underlying cause of your pain or dysfunction. After the assessment, we will discuss the most appropriate treatment options tailored to your individual needs.
Follow-Up Appointments
Subsequent appointments generally last between 10-15 minutes and may include chiropractic manipulation, mobilization, Active Release Techniques (ART), and corrective exercises. As part of your personalized treatment plan, we may recommend adjustments to your daily routines, such as modifications to your exercise program, workstation, or training regimen, to help reduce factors that may be exacerbating your symptoms.
In certain cases, advanced imaging such as X-rays or MRIs may be ordered if medically necessary to ensure a complete understanding of your condition.
What to Bring
For your first appointment, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for full movement. If you are seeking treatment for a running injury or foot pain, kindly bring the shoes you wear most often for daily activities or running.
